Chris Harper is a Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield based in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a member of the distinguished National Capital Markets Group at Cushman & Wakefield, Chris services a diverse clientele ranging from developers, individuals, private families, and institutional investors. Chris Harper continues to expand and deepen his concentration on multifamily, land development, and investment sales.
Chris Harper began his career in commercial real estate in 2017 where he gained valuable experience with two reputable firms, earning Top Junior Broker in his inaugural year. Chris has earned a reputation as an accomplished, experienced, respected, young Senior Associate with Cushman & Wakefield.
Founded on a strong educational platform built through earning both, a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Victoria, and then, a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from the highly-ranked Real Estate Division at Sauder School of Business, Chris Harper’s analytical competence, market intelligence capability and negotiation skills have proven invaluable to his clients.
Born and raised on Vancouver’s North Shore, while an avid golfer, Chris passionately engages British Columbia’s world-class outdoor activities, particularly mountain-biking and snowboarding.
