Biography
Alex developed a passion for real estate at the age of 15, where he began working for his family’s office which is focused on multifamily management. He possesses a nuanced understanding of ownership dynamics and property management.
Ever since, he has been diligently reading and actively learning about multifamily investing. While earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree with honours, Alex also was a summer intern for an internationally recognized development firm, Westbank, with their sales and operations team.
Pursuant to graduating from Queens University, Alex joined the multifamily investment sales team at the Vancouver Cushman & Wakefield office as a licensed sales associate and financial analyst
in January 2024. Alex has been dedicating 60–70-hour weeks to understand the asset class and assist the team with a variety of roles to better service our client’s objectives. Alex’s previous work experience combined with his proficient business and financial acumen have made him an invaluable member to the team and our clients. Alex prides himself on communication skills and initiative to improve our team’s overall efficiency towards our client’s goals.
Alex is a big believer in lifelong learning, and when he is not working, he could be found doing anything chess related, on the tennis courts, cooking, or spending time with his family.
